1 bicchiere olio semi
1 bicchiere vino bianco
1 bicchiere zucchero
Zucchero a grani grossi
Meglio scegliere un vino particolarmente aromatico che lasci il suo profumo ai biscotti dopo la cottura. Potrebbe andare bene un vino passito.
Preparazione
Mettete in una scodella olio, vino bianco, e zucchero, aggiungete tanta farina quanta ne serve per ottenere un impasto morbido.
Create delle ciambelline o delle palline, immergere la parte superiore nello zucchero a grani grossi, quindi disponetele in una teglia imburrata e mettete in forno a 170 gradi finché diventano dorati
